INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE REGULATION FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA GDPR

The European Regulation n. 2016/679 GDPR was published in the European Official Journal no. 119 of May 4, 2016, which came into force on May 25, 2016 and became applicable from May 25, 2018.

The GDPR introduces a new and composite framework of obligations and measures, valid in every business context, both in the private and public sectors, which must be respected by organizations established in the EU and also by non-EU organizations that offer services and / or carry out monitoring activities towards individuals in the EU.

Below is the compliance of the service with the requirements of the standard:

Art. 5 Lawfulness and data retention

The data of the interested parties are collected exclusively for the purposes of commercial contact and for the time strictly necessary. The consent to send commercial communications is kept for 2 years.

Art. 7 Conditions for consent

The consent given when sending the contact online is necessary for the provision of the service.

Art. 13 Information to be provided to the interested party at the time of data collection

All the requested information is provided at the time the data of the interested party is collected. The same are present on the page of the site which the interested party examines before sending the data.

Art. 15-20 Rights of the interested party

The Company guarantees the rights of the interested party (customer) and in particular: right to access, rectification, cancellation and limitation by sending an email to the indicated pec. The Company will communicate the modification / cancellation and will not hinder the transmission of data to another data controller if requested by the interested party.

Art. 28 Responsible for the treatment
